Dear Secretary Kennedy,
We urge you to implement withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO) as initially ordered by President Trump in an Executive Order signed on January 21, 2025. As Secretary of HHS you have the legal power to do so. Doing so requires you to withdraw the USA from all of the WHOs programs, policies and procedures.
The 1968 and 2005 WHO International Health Regulations (IHR) were never adopted as Treaties or Acts of Congress, but rather through bureaucratic dictate.
The United States is party to the International Health Regulations (IHR) (2005), a legally binding [sic] agreement. . . . The U.S. IHR NFP [National Focal Point] was established through a U.S. government interagency process in July 2007. [1]
In order to effectively implement the WHO withdrawal it is necessary for the HHS Secretary to act. Since the President already ordered an end to US involvement in WHO the issue is not within the purview of Secretary of State Rubio who has been charged by President Trumps Executive Order of February 4, 2025 to review all UN agencies, as to whether they serve our national interests.
It is our opinion that the HHS Secretary may take further steps to implement the WHO withdrawal on your own authority.
Millions who have followed your tireless fight for medical truth and environmental sovereignty are breathing easier today because for the first time in decades, someone inside HHS is not captured.
But the capture runs deep and its being driven under a new name: the WHOs One Health.
This WHO-aligned programs, policies and procedures agenda, now embedded in HHS, USDA, NIH, and CDC protocols, uses the language of pandemic preparedness and climate resilience to consolidate global power over:
Food systems (mass culling, lab-grown protein)
Digital surveillance (ID, vaccine passports)
Public health law (binding treaties that override U.S. sovereignty)
And now it is being used to normalize the perpetual rollout of experimental mRNA technologies.
One Health’s expansion includes:
Veterinary-to-human zoonotic transfer justification for future mRNA mandates
Quiet inclusion of mRNA platforms in animal vaccines and food supply

Dear Secretay Rubio,
You were directed by POTUS’ EO, 4 February 2025, to provide a Report on US membership in UNESCO and UNICEF within 90 days (5 May 2025). I am unable to locate that Report. Please provide a copy of the Report to me at the above email address, or a link to its location in the Federal Register or elsewhere.
It is my sincere hope that your conclusion after evaluation aligns with mine that US membership in these organizations, like membership in every other part of the UN, is in direct conflict with the interests of the US. Similarly, it is my hope that your recommendation after your 180 day review of US membership in all international bodies, also directed by POTUS’ EO, will conclude that only complete withdrawal from the UN and all of its component pieces can serve US interests.
This monumental historical responsibility and opportunity offers you the possibility to impact US foreign and domestic policy, as few Secretaries of State have ever done, making America’s Body Politic healthy again.

Reaction to the Judicial Review decision (13 May 2025) on the CFIA cull order to slaughter 400 healthy research ostriches at Universal Ostrich Farms in Edgewood BC. The judge’s hands were tied by the rules of court procedure and he allowed the slaughter to proceed.
On Friday 16 May, the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) board of directors unanimously passed a motion NOT to accept the carcasses of the birds in its landfill UNLESS the birds are tested and shown to have H5N1. This is the first government body to openly oppose the CFIA’s insane, unscientific, ridiculous kill order based on policy, not on fact, evidence, or common sense.
People are gathering at the farm to block CFIA killers when they show up. The more people the better!

MLA Jordan Kealy raised the plight of the ostriches and the farm in the BC Legislature during question period on Tuesday, specifically asking the Premier and the Minister of Agriculture how they are going to protect the ostriches from the CFIA’s planned slaughter.
Vincent Saben led a branch of Truckers’ Convoy from Florida to DC in 2022. Now he organizes truckers to deliver relief supplies for emergencies (floods, fires etc) providing assistance where government fails or outright obstructs relief efforts.
